Alliance Base International Limited was established in 2014 initially to assist those specialist first responders (e.g. suppliers of emergency services and equipment) who can benefit from expertise developed from hands on experience gained by our associates operating in similar regions. Whilst our remit is Pan Asia, our resources are heavily focussed on South East Asia – in particular Vietnam where, due to the effects of climate change and ongoing smuggling of drugs and people and threats of terrorism, the upgrading of coastal protection projects has become a major priority. We earn fees from identifying appropriate equipment and suppliers of same for the companies working in these fields. We assist in negotiating their respective contracts and manage the procurement process from contract signing through to delivery and inspection, assistance with appropriate training and after sales services. Subsequently our activities expanded to development of other services in related fields.
